Indelible GTM, LLC ("Indelible," "we," "us") provides go-to-market and content services to our clients. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: contact and account details when you engage us or communicate with us (name, email, company, role).
• Connected-account data (with your authorization): when a client or their authorized representative connects a social account (e.g. LinkedIn) to our service, we access the data that connection authorizes, including profile identifiers and the performance analytics of that account's own posts (impressions, reactions, comments, reshares, follower counts, profile views). We access this only with the account owner's explicit consent, and only for the account(s) they connect.
• Website data: when you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

How we use information

To provide and improve our services, to draft, publish, and measure content on behalf of our clients and their authorized representatives, to produce performance reports, to communicate with you, and to meet legal and security obligations.

LinkedIn data

With the account owner's explicit authorization, we access analytics for that person's own LinkedIn posts and profile through LinkedIn's APIs, solely to publish and measure the content we manage on their behalf and to report performance to them. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for their own use. The account owner may revoke our access at any time in their LinkedIn settings, after which we stop accessing new data and delete what we hold on request. Our use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms and LinkedIn's Platform Guidelines.

How we share information

Only with service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, database, analytics, AI infrastructure) under confidentiality and data-protection terms, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed or on valid request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, and where these laws apply to us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact contact@indeliblegtm.com to exercise them or to have a connected account's data deleted. Account owners can also revoke access directly in the platform's settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit.

International transfers

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do, we apply appropriate safeguards.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
